Our touchpoints cover the whole traveller journey (e-Commerce, Self-Service Check-in, Self-Re-accommodation and Call centres) and all channels (desktop, mobile, chatbot, …).
One of the major requirement of Airlines is to have a high level of freedom to customize our products or build their own products on top of our platform. Touchpoint Products: they are built on-top of the platforms to provide Omni-Touchpoint and Retail experience to Airline Travelers on behalf of Airlines. They can be customized to meet our customers’ expectations.
Services: they are solutions that accelerate innovation and help airlines offering unique experiences for the shopping, booking, and servicing of their customer's trips.
The touchpoints being at the heart of the airlines’ business, despite the pandemic context, the request for Digital evolutions and services is growing.
