Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

Application Development in C++ based on Linux PlatformDesign automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on application transformation for Amadeus Revenue accounting to One Order world and integrate container platforms with automated CI and CD pipelines.Technical tasks break up from the user story levelAble to mentor efficiently & handle the day to day task for the Dev team membersShould have experience working in Scrum as individual contributorActive participation with Scrum master on the Planning and Prioritization of the taskEffectively communicate with all stake holders like PM, Account ManagerFixing issues from Production/Test systemsImpact analysis within the application for any solution/fix designedClose interactions with Development, Business Analysts, Quality AnalystsBuild the regressions for all PRs raised using the internal Amadeus tool for testing the development modulesAnalyze and troubleshoot the bugs raised by customersExcellent team playerFlexible for different types of tasks in the team (Development, Maintenance, Application/transversal activities)

Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial

C++ ,  Unix Environment ( Linux/AIX/HP UX), Oracle/MySQLExcellent command on OOPSMinimum of 5 years of hands on work experience in C++, Unix, Oracle/MySQLHands on experience of using data structures, STL, Boost libraries, Design patternsExperience  or exposure to XML and Json APIsExcellent troubleshooting skills using the tools like GDB, Valgrind, Exposure to CppUnit ( or related tools)Comprehensive understanding of cloud delivery models: PaaS, SaaS and IaaS.Exposure to containerization, the Docker project, Kubernetes, and OCP.Experience with building, deploying and managing applications and software     on PaaSKnowledge, skills and abilities to engineer and automate application     deployment via CI/CD Pipelines using industry best practices and open-source software.Good to have working knowledge on Java based applications and Mongo DB.
