Radio Unit Software drives the end-to-end research and development of Ericsson’s radio products and solutions.
We are a global organization, within Radio & Transport Engineering, with engineers and developers collaborating across sites in Canada, China, Croatia, Poland, and Sweden to drive Ericsson’s strategy of securing our market leadership in radio.
Our Exciting Opportunity:
Development and maintenance of two important simulation tools called ORUsim and ORCtool, used in NG-OLLs oriented verification areas. They are built on Free Open-Source Solutions that should be up to date according to the latest standards and releases.
What you will do:
You will join a small and experienced team where close cooperation is equally important as independent work. Your daily work will consist of:
Configure and integrate FOSS solutions Develop new features and tool improvements Handle own and support client test environment deployments Troubleshoot issues with test tools and use cases Work with standards and available documentation
The skills you bring:
Virtualization in various environments (Linux and Microsoft Windows) Linux system configuration and administration Network configuration and administration DevOps, test environment configuration, Jenkins, Eiffel etc.
Nice to have:
Yocto build system + open embedded Linux kernel Programming (C, Bash, TCL, Python) Telecommunication - o-ran, 5G, protocols, standards NETCONF/RESTCONF, YANG
We work in a hybrid mode - 3 days from the Kraków office, 2 days from home weekly.
