Observability org of OCI is on a continued mission of delivering a world-class Integrated Observability and Management platform for our customers, that can work seamlessly across OCI, other clouds, and on-premises to provide a uniform view. Our integrated Observability and Management platform combines Logging, Monitoring, Auditing, SIEM, Events, Inventory, and other services. Must-have Skills 

BS/MS degree or equivalent in a related technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of overall experience along with exposure to at least 1 cloud service provider (AWS/OCI/Azure/GCP etc). Experience in building and designing microservices and/or cloud-native applications This is a technological leadership role and is expected to have minimal/no supervision. Being a problem solver with a strong can-do attitude and ability to think on the go would be critical for success in this role Strong fundamentals in OS, distributed systems, designing efficient, high throughput, fault-tolerant and highly available systems Strong in at least one of the modern programming languages (Java,C#), experience with Kafka and Kubernetes, Containers/Docker.  Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Must be detail-oriented (critical and considerate eye for detail), task-driven, and have excellent communication skills. Set the technical direction for your team and work with multifunctional partners to deliver on your work. Be organized and goal-focused, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. Strong, creative problem-solving skills and ability to abstract and share details to create meaningful articulation. Passionate about cloud technologies and solving real-world SaaS problems.

Preferred Skills or Nice-to-have Skills 

Experience with Architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, and Security Architecture Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment, and operational aspects of cloud setup is a plus.
