Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Telephony Interface and telephony switches;

2. XSLT and C++ code generation techniques on multi-user operating systems;

3. Socket programming and multi-threading;

4. C++ and C++ templates (STL);

5. System application design; and

6. Work on customer issues and coordinate with engineering groups and channels.
