Job DescriptionResponsible for SMT Production and Supporting IC Programing and PCBA rework activities.Responsible for below KPIs.Utilization performanceInternal Defect CostCost Per PlacementQuick ChangeoverMaterials inventory accuracyOn-Time DeliveryOperator Defect EscapeeLead and drive Daily Operation Meeting.Monitor and achieve Daily SMT loading based on Planned schedule. Head count planning for each shift to maximize output.Leading 5S, BPS and Continuous Improvement activities in MOE12 Department.Develop and track monitoring systems relevant to the Manufacturing Operations. Lead products quality, on time delivery and cost-reduction activities. Ensure goals are clear to all Manufacturing staffs and continuous improvement is being achieved.Identify operational resource requirements to meet the needs of Production and customer/product requirement.Develop and motivate Production Team members to perform their full potential, providing direction and timely feedback for the benefit of Production function. Create positive working environment and instill healthy teamwork.Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality, delivery, and cost reduction activities to meet the set KPI in MOE1 Department.Instill a continuous improvement mentality in SMT Production. Foster good morale, a proactive and positive culture.Coach and train Shift Supervisors, Leaders, SMED team and Operators.Evaluate staff performance with goal setting in line with department goal.Lead, drive and coordinate for any line audit preparation.Any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related fieldAt least 5-10 years working of experience in SMT Process and preferable to have practical experience in SAP knowledgePFMEA, Quality and product knowledgeGood in English communication and written skillLeading a large group of operation with >150 headcountsLean Manufacturing Concept (BPS)8-D methodology, Drill deeps skill sets for problem solving
