We're seeking a Site Trainer to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nDelivery of training courses to new and existing colleagues.\nTo conduct all Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements\nTo devise, implement and conduct GSE operators courses\nTo be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches\nDisplay a professional image\nTo provide and support all mandatory, compliance and induction training\nIdentify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards and legislation mandatory requirements.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n

\n\nPrevious experience in aviation, a strong understanding of DHL's safety policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of airlines and airport authorities is desirable but not essential\nA forward-thinking and organized leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven in team and self-development\nStrong teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with a diverse group of colleagues and airline personnel. \nGood IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel\nTrain the Trainer' certificate or Training qualification is desirable\nFull UK driving license (manual) – essential\nDelivering Aviation Security training\n\n

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

\n\nBe able to provide five years address history\nBe able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)\nTo obtain a full airside ID\nPass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test\n\n
