BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This role will be tasked with growing the Selecta Ice Cream business by working with our Field Sales and Channel partners to enhance availability, visibility, and activation plans in trade. Additionally, this role will be responsible for analyzing shopper, channel, product, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities for business growth.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role will handle Shopper & Channel Marketing for the Modern Trade channels, in which he/she needs to:
Work with the Ice Cream Business Units and Category Operations team in translating brand plans into Ice Cream programs in terms of availability, visibility and activation.Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities to grow the ice cream categoryUse shopper and category growth drivers, channel insights, shopping missions and retail trends to sharpen plansPartner with Field Sales in landing shopper and channel programs in-tradeCo-establish governance and rhythm with other Development Groups to ensure follow through of plans createdComplete post-launch evaluation to measure effectivity of total channel programsBuild, operate and transfer growth programs for designated channelKEY STAKEHOLDERS:
