RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and
documentation.
• Accurately document and label inbound materials and route them to proper storage
or production areas.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments following TE and customer specifications.
• Create and manage shipping documents including labels, bills of lading, and
customs forms.
• Use TE systems (e.g., SAP) to record inventory transactions and shipping data.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety and 5S
standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, and Planning.
• Identify and participate in process improvements related to shipping and receiving
operations
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-7 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and common shipping platforms (UPS,
FedEx, DHL).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel).
• Forklift certification is a plus; training is available.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work.
