Are you ready to lead a team in the Petcare Manufacturing industry? As a Shift Manager at Mars Petcare SEA, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production during each shift. You will play a key role in leading continuous improvements, fostering team engagement, and developing associates' careers while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

As our Shift Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Ensure Safe and Efficient Production
Oversee daily production operations to meet quality standards and safety requirements while maximizing resources (manpower and machines).Team Leadership and Development
Lead shift teams, conduct performance evaluations, and create development plans to unlock associate potential.Drive Continuous Improvement
Lead daily production meetings, set performance standards, and ensure the factory operates with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and compliance to GMP and 5S principles.Foster Associate Engagement
Build a high-performing, motivated team, and lead training and development efforts to enhance teamwork and involvement.Lead Pillar Action Plans
Align with MSE roadmap and oversee pillar leadership in your shift.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

At least 7 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Lean, and TPM practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in people development.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on team development, motivating others, and making sound decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
