Services Sales Snr Manager

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) helps customers to maximize their investments in Oracle Cloud, Database, Applications, and Hardware products including Engineered Systems. CSS assists clients to transforming and evolving their business by leveraging our network of Cloud Data Centers, technical and functional specialists, leaders, engineers and services infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will help shape the future of businesses using Oracle technology with Cloud at Customer, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.  CSS enables Oracle’s client's journey to the Cloud while preserving their existing investment. Oracle Services provide technical and functional expertise to customers which includes: Systems Optimization, Expert Support, Transition Support, Mission Critical Support, Managed Application and Help Desk, Managed Database and Platform as well as Security Support Services on Customer Premises, Private Cloud, Cloud at Customer or Public Cloud.

As a CSS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a sales team that introduces our broad services portfolio into the Commercial market segment.  You will handle complex customer and stakeholder relationships while leveraging strong communication skills to align your team with the broader Oracle product teams. You will assist, and coach, your team in the development of account penetration strategies, and closing business. You will understand Oracle's service offerings and the competitive landscape.  And finally, you will identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory sales strategies.

CSS provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development.

As a CSS Sales Manager, you will:

Participate in creating the commercial market vision and sales strategy. Execute the Go-to-Market strategy for your sector and your sales team. Manage your team to a successful account services strategy and execution. Manages highly complex areas of services that need a high degree of business knowledge. Manage your sales team’s forecast accurately, and report accordingly. Manages sales resources in a manner that fulfils business goals and maintain strategic direction. Support your team with multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle. Participate as a team member of the Canadian CSS management team. Be accountable to meeting your team annual sales quota and target objective. Participate in a broad range of customer meetings with periodic travel. Build and maintain executive relationships with customers. Explore and understand complex customer requirements, with your team, to elaborating the proper customer success service solutions.


Requirements:

Over 15 years of services sales experience.  At least 5 years experience in management.  Experienced in managing a team of 5-10 sales professionals.  Able to work under tight deadlines.  Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Post-secondary education preferred.  Bilingual preferred.
