Service Reliability InternAbout the area/department: 

Amadeus Hospitality’s Technology Operations organization provides infrastructure and engineering support for the hosting and development of proprietary software used by the global hospitality industry. 

Passionate about stability and automation in organizations? What about learning about monitoring tools and automated alerting across an organization that supports a global operation? 

Summary of the Internship:  Improve automation and monitoring to support Front Line Support team. Using tooling DataDog, Splunk, Zabbix and SCOM, as well as other automation and monitoring software. Highlighting relevant alerts that need improvement as per their

Incomplete monitoring scenarios 

This will broaden and refine our monitoring capabilities and decrease the chances of facing incidents that impact our business. Working with mentors to create the base inventory of cases, the proposed solution and the selected approach which will serve as foundations to implement into production. 

In this role you’ll:  Receive the assignment from the Amadeus Mentor Document solution design Implement  Working in a team environment Use technology like;

Microsoft Azure 

DataDog 

Zabbix 

Splunk 

SCOM 

Shell scripts 

Learn about skills like 

Automation 

QA 

Monitoring 

 
About the ideal candidate:  Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems studies in course Familiar with CLI, JSON, Ansible and scripting languages. Familiar with at least one of following environments as an advanced user 

Linux 

Windows 

Familiar with following tools (desirable) 

Shell scripts 

Power Shell
