The Service Operation Specialist is responsible for supporting field service engineers, managing Work Orders, responding to customer queries, issuing quotes, processing sales orders, tracking shipment, and billing.
This position reports to the Service Delivery Operations manager and is part of the Equipment Services in Hardware Solutions organization located in Seoul, Korea and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Day to day service delivery: Supporting field service engineers with work orders, parts orders, parts escalations, qualification services request submission and trunk stock management. Inquiry to Order process: The series of steps taken from receiving an inquiry to receiving a customer order, including answering customer calls, issuing quotations, raising POs, new customer creation request, and customer’s purchasing system management. Order to Cash process: The processes cover from a customer placing an order to receiving payment, including order processing in Oracle, fulfillment, invoicing, and payment collection.Service contract orders management: Creating contract sales orders in Oracle, invoicing and supporting audit(internal/external) regularly. Inventory management: Prepare yearly Physical Inventory documentation, daily stock balancing may be needed as part of engineer stock management.Responsible to execute all new ServiceMax releases and take care of system issues and enhancement.Participate in projects and other internal initiatives assigned within a team or business when needed.Who you are:
Bachelor’s degreeGood English communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Oracle and Salesforce is an advantage, strong computer proficiency especially in ExcelMinimum 34 years of experience in a professional business environmentProvide qualities with willingness to learn, ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision, optimistic team playerJoin our winning team today.
