Service Officer

**Responsibilities:**
+ To receive, review and process the applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and the bank/investment account can be opened
+ To conduct service calls to assist customers (if necessary) in completing the online applications to maximize the business opportunities
+ To handle inbound enquiries from prospects relating to remote account opening application, provide guidance on application requirements and processes
+ To coordinate with branches on bank account opening appointments
**Qualifications:**
+ Relevant experience
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Ability to work occasional weekends to support sanity test
+ Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team
