About this opportunity 
The Role Automated Operations Engineer is part of Managed Services deliveries, in line with Ericsson Operations Engine. This role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. domain. The role is responsible for system fault restoration and configuration of changes within the scope of work as delegated by work area responsible. 
What you will do 
•Monitor all events in Customer's managed infrastructure in order to secure those services and resources are operating at optimum performance and within agreed SLA and to detect and escalate exceptions
•Responsible to interact with the resource and service instances to intercept, validate and/or collect network, IS/IT/Telecom Infrastructure events information for distribution to related processes.
•Perform Remote Site Access Control, including One-off Logical Access Control for CR Execution and for Major/Critical Incidents, and Ongoing Logical Access Management
•Fault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched timely (as per the SLA / KPI) to the field operations organizations
•Support Customer Experience Monitoring based on Use Cases, and Customer (End User) QoS Performance Assessment

You will bring 
•Access to all necessary information to carry out the assigned responsibilities effectively and in-line with company directives
•Authority for Clearing the first level Network Alarms, Creation/Closure of Trouble Tickets, Ticket updating and routing to the relevant department for further course of action
•Authorized for raising TT to next level of support in consultation.

Key Qualification
•Qualifications: Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
• Total Experience:  minimum 2 years in Telecom Industry
• Good knowledge of service networks / GSM Network / WCDMA network / LTE service applications characteristics and capabilities.
