1. Ensuring fastest response to customer complaints through service franchisees/distributors.

2. Ensure all installations of Floor care machines, dispensers, dishwashers are done as per organisation standards and in the timeline set by the organisation.

3. In case of key customers or complex problems, personal visit to solve the problem.

4. Ensuring proper support to service franchisees/distributors/directly through technical, commercial aspect.  Ensuring proper ROI for service service providers.

5. Conduct technical trainings for service providers as well as customers.  Do service review with service providers as well as customers.

6. Achieve  annual maintenance contract (amc) targets.  Also ensure repairs cost during amc is withing budget.

7. Ensure optimum warranty cost and do analysis of all warranty spends.

8. Maintain proper inventory of spares.

9. Regular feedback on machine/spares performance and quality. Also submission of service MIS in terms of response time, warranty cost and amc business.

10. Ensure strict adherence of all service systems and safe way of working
