Server Minibar Housekeeping (Seasonal)

DescriptionThe overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski’s DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities\nAssist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.\nPerform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. \nProjecting at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.\nService of all Minibars within the Hotel rooms and Suites.\nStock taking of Minibar items.\nCorrect accounting of Minibar items and consumption to be posted in guest folio.\nRegular checks of expiry dates.\nRegular checks of the product quality and look of the item used, i.e damaged labels.\nCorrect Service procedures as per the outlines standard of performance\n


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEducation: High School or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in Housekeeping service role is a plus
Competencies: ability to work under pressure
                            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
                            Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
