Senior User Experience Designer – Construction &

Engineering

 

Our team seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to join our

global design team. Over the next year, our team will be tackling a

range of challenging initiatives. We are putting our customers at

the heart of everything we do and we’re relying on your skills to

facilitate our product teams’ understanding of our customers’

behaviors, needs, and motivations.

 

We are on a mission to unlock possibilities for our customers by

creating a seamless experience across our platform. We’re bringing

intelligence into our solutions and exploring the adoption of

Oracle’s new design language. There are compelling customer

problems to solve, with plenty of complexity and assumptions to

unpack!

 

The success of this role requires close collaboration and

coordination with product strategy, technical product management,

engineering, and the wider design team across the globe. You will

use your storytelling ability to communicate ideas for different

audiences including sales, consulting, and executive leadership.

You accept that you don’t already know everything, and you love to

learn. You advocate for customer engagement, actively seeking

feedback and data points to fine-tune or modify your assumptions.
