Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user assistance and training documentation for Oracle applications. Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to design our next generation of user assistance technology and implementing new embedded help delivery mechanisms that improve how technical information is delivered to our customers. Work with development teams to implement code for new user assistance mechanisms.

Master's/Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Applications having:

Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL Sound knowledge of programming languages like Java or C++ Proficiency in using DITA Proficiency in using tools like Confluence and JIRA Good understanding of concepts like topic-based writing, topic reuse, Cloud Computing, Agile methodology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Work experience as a Software Developer or Database Administrator
