Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

 

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: 

Experience in at least 7 of the following testing security features and security protocols: VxLAN, MPLS, VPLS, IP-VPN, BFD, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, BGP-EVPN, or Openflow;  Virtualized Networking Services Products, including OpenVswitch, KVM, Docker or data forwarding technology including DPDK;  Ixia, Spirent, Trex, Iperf, Nping, or Scappy;  Jira, Jenkins, or Github Selenium, Restapis and MySQL Automate test cases using in-house Python based infrastructure.

Perform quality assurance testing of Nuage's software defined network product, VSP (Virtualized Service Platform) and interact extensively with software, hardware, and firmware teams.  Develop and execute sophisticated software tests to verify conformance of networking feature(s) functionality implemented by Engineering against requirements specifications laid out by Product Marketing.  Automate test cases using Python based infrastructure and maintain the existing automation framework.  Work in system design so that Quality Assurance is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the Nuage VSP Feature Set.  Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure with feedback and analysis from real-world Customer deployments.  Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output.  Responsible for contribution to teamwork.  Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
