As a partner dsm-firmenich must be pro-active in understanding the needs of the customer and end-user (physician, patient) within the biomedical context. **Your key responsibilities** + Master all relevant pre-processing, extrusion, and post-processing techniques. Build, maintain, and apply relevant technical knowledge. Observe processes, identify issues (trouble shooting), and implement solutions. Report results including conclusions and recommendations to stakeholder; + Design and construct test setups in consultation with subject matter experts. Execute and critically assess (non-standard) measurements and tests; + Approach every practical challenge with creativity and a "can-do" mentality; + Think outside the box when interpreting data and tackling technical problems.Lead the development of products, processes and technologies based on project needs for commercialization; + Assist in projects delivered on time and within project budget; + Acting as the interface between operations, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, application development and technical service.
