We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Windows Administration (L2 level), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and real-time system monitoring. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record in tools migration, software release management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, lead end-to-end tools migration (e.g., SAP Business Objects and SQL to Autonomous DB), and serve as the primary point of contact for on-call operations, root cause analysis, and system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems architecture with a strong focus on Windows Administration (L2 or higher). Proven experience in tools migration, especially to Oracle Autonomous DB. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-native best practices. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Expertise in conducting in-depth root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
