Use data to adjust strategy and continuously improve.\nSkills & Experience You’ll Need to Succeed:\nExtensive recruitment experience, with a focus on strategic sourcing, relationship management, or executive search\nProven experience building and managing passive talent pipelines across multiple business areas or hard-to-fill roles\nStrong stakeholder management skills—you can influence, advise, and communicate with senior leaders confidently\nExpertise in talent market mapping, competitive research, and sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, CRM, etc.)\nCRM/ATS fluency—you understand how to build, track, and maintain high-quality pipelines in recruiting systems\nDemonstrated experience in employer branding and external engagement (events, campaigns, content, etc.)\nA data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and optimize talent strategies\n
