This role helps manage the Federal Domain.  This includes managing Solution Compliance, Purges and Performance in the federal domain.  This position is responsible for: technical support escalations, supporting domain testing events, managing on call major incident events, purge compliance and solution compliance.  This integration architect will help set and prioritize goals for the solution compliance area.  The position will frequently present to Federal client leadership addressing issues and putting plans in place to resolve technical support items.
