About the role Burn is looking for a Senior Strategic Associate, who will be responsible for supporting commercial rollout and developing a deeper understanding of the business in the different countries BURN operates. The role will play a crucial part in building a go-to-market strategy for the company. Duties and Responsibilities + Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategic initiatives and business plans. + Work across multiple teams to develop IM, Board Reports, Corporate Presentations, Pitch Decks + Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making processes. + Prepare/ analyse competitive analysis and formulate proactive and reactive strategy accordingly + Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed. + Support the development and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. + Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. + Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
