We are committed to improving patient outcomes and helping healthcare providers deliver the best possible care. **Position Overview:** **The Health Economics & Reimbursement Senior Specialist, Structural Heart EMEA** provides operational support to the EMEA Health Economics & Reimbursement Director in developing strategy and executing activities to secure market access for Abbott Structural Heart products. This role works closely with country-level Health Economics & Reimbursement team members and engages cross-functionally at the EMEA and global levels. **Roles & Responsibilities:** + Contribute to the development and implementation of EMEA reimbursement strategies and economic value plans for marketed Structural Heart products and those in clinical development. Support the creation of Global Market Access Plans for EMEA. + Develop and implement value-focused economic and reimbursement deliverables, including health economic studies, EMEA Value dossiers, budget impact analyses, and reimbursement information. Ensure internal quality approvals for EMEA Structural Heart deliverables. + Manage relationships with Health Economics & Reimbursement vendors and consultants linked to relevant projects. + Develop internal information on key health policy and macroeconomic changes, such as value-based purchasing, comparative effectiveness, and health technology assessment. + Contribute to the development and delivery of health care economic and reimbursement education programs for internal and external stakeholders. + Provide in-depth understanding of coverage, coding, and payment models for Abbott Structural Heart therapies across major EMEA markets.
