The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our deliveries through rigorous testing and automation. He/she will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities/Experience/Technical skills: * Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications. * Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (both API and UI) to ensure efficient and repeatable testing processes. * Execution: Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory, regression, integration testing * Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure the scalability and stability of applications. * Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, including the adoption of new tools and techniques. * Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of product requirements and functionality. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
