Title / Designation: Senior Software Engineer – (.Net) Reporting Manager: Technical Lead Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Design, Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software architecture using (.Net). Ensure all software meets security, compliance, and industry standards throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security) to deliver high-impact features. Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize deployments. Monitor and log system health, proactively detect issues, and maintain system integrity. Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code practices, and automated unit testing. Participate in agile ceremonies and perform all key development team roles using Agile/Scrum frameworks. Guide and mentor junior developers through peer reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Recommend scalable architectural solutions considering business, operational, and technical constraints. Demonstrate solid understanding of Agile methodologies in practical work scenarios. Participate actively in refining development practices and processes, sharing expertise and insights to enhance software quality, maintainability, and development efficiency. Translate user requirements into code and clarify with stakeholders when needed. Stay updated with new technologies and apply them appropriately. 

 

 

Candidate requirements:

 

Minimum 8 years of experience in building scalable application using C# or (.Net). Proficiency in .NET Core/6/7, TDD, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture. Experience in working CI/CD tools, pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Prior experience in working in product-based companies . Good to have experience in cloud services such as Azure (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vaults). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and navigate legacy systems. Excellent communication skills—able to clearly explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
