We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our multi-functional team contributing to the development of the next generation of test orchestration and scheduling tools, which are also responsible for preparing test environments.
We manage more than 5,000 test environments across 8 sites on 3 continents, serving over 3,000 users.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of software development, including software design, integration, verification, simulation, tool development, Product Lifecycle Management support, and product documentation. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the product by conducting requirement analysis, system design, and architectural design, as well as participating in technical discussions with users and other external stakeholders.

What you will do· Develop, implement, integrate, and maintain microservices
· Be an end-to-end owner of the implemented functionality: from design and implementation through verification and deployment to production support
· Collaborate with other design teams and other international cross-functional teams
· Drive improvements by coming up with new insights related to our products and processes
· Create supporting infrastructure such as monitoring, CI/CD, and test environment
· Mentor/coach junior team members during day-to-day wor
You will bring· Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
· Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
· Familiarity with building and deploying automation, CI/CD using Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies and/or business domains
· Strong team spirit and a self-motivated demeanor
· A forward-thinking mentality who is open to tackling challenges
· Understanding of different test levels (Unit test, integration test, functional test)
I's a huge plus if you have· Experience with telecommunication
· Experience with generative AI-based coding buddies (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
· Experience with shell scripting in Linux environment
· Prior work experience in Scrum
· Good analytical skills
