SaaS Engineering Team - We are a software development team responsible for creating and maintaining critical productivity tools used across Oracle SaaS Cloud to automate various business processes. The organization is also responsible for the development of a comprehensive set of release management applications and reporting, that services all aspects of Oracle product release, support and tracking various compliance processes.
Job Requirements:
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Around 5+ years of software engineering or related experience.
Profile:
1. Develop, test and implement various productivity improvement tools across Oracle.
2. 5+ years of experience with hands on experience in SQL,PL/SQL, Artificial Intelligence and Oracle Apex. Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery.
3. Candidate should be flexible enough to take on challenging assignments based on the business requirements at hand
4. Candidate should be willing to learn new tools/technologies to perform responsibilities in the most productive manner.
5. Provide status to peers and management on regular basis
6. Candidates should be able to drive the product development from the initiation through complete product life cycle.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Hands on experience SQL, PL/SQL, Artificial Intelligence and Oracle Apex.
2. Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Oracle Apex is desirable
3. Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Hands on experience in any of the Source Control systems like GIT,CVS etc.
5. User level knowledge expected on Unix OS
6. Good communication skills and right attitude to work at hand is a must.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Ability to prioritize and multitask
