Overview

The Enterprise Resilience Team is looking for a Senior Analyst primarily responsible for supporting the resiliency of the organization’s technical operations globally (Technology Recovery) while familiar with all other aspects of Business Continuity.

Role

•\tHave extensive knowledge of Technology Recovery principles
•\tHave a high level of understanding and comprehension of Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Operational Resilience
•\tPartner with team members within the Resilience Planning (RP) function to support regulatory compliance for all jurisdictions
•\tHave an awareness of jurisdiction regulation and guidelines (e.g., DORA).
•\tTrain business partners on the program’s roles and responsibilities and ensure all staff within the entity are knowledgeable of our requirements.
•\tFacilitate cross-functional review sessions to promote technology recovery requirements and annual cycle requirements, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to obtain a successful recovery strategy.
•\tCreate documentation according to methodology and formats based on the department standards.
•\tMonitor schedules and plans to ensure achievement of project results (project objectives, tasks, testing and documentation) in a timely manner.
•\tFacilitate exercise execution with all recovery team members while ensuring production operations are protected.
•\tOpen and timely communication with project team and management regarding progress and planning.
•\tManage recovery documentation, coordination and tracking of issues to closure/resolution.
•\tEscalate issues to management when necessary.
•\tIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline processes involving the response to technology recovery.

All About You
•\tExcellent written and spoken English language communication skills are a core requirement.
•\tDiscipline relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education
•\tMinimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
•\tCertified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) preferred / comparable certification.
•\tFusion Risk Management Business Continuity software experience advantageous
•\tStrong analytical background with the ability to identify deficiencies in recovery strategies, plans and internal processes.
•\tAbility to communicate user and technical information, both orally and in written form.
•\tAbility to work with all levels of management and technical staff.
•\tAbility to define and implement solutions based on strategic direction.
•\tAbility to drive consistent and repeatable results with limited supervision.
•\tAbility to manage large complex projects and multiple assignments, which may require prioritization of assignments with ability to multi-task with sense of urgency.
•\tExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
•\tHigh level of self-motivation and superior time management
•\tConfident decision maker and demonstrates task and objective ownership.
•\tHigh attention to detail, accurate and consistent (on time) delivery
