PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
At a very high level the role of the SAP UX Senior Consultant is:
To be the link between Management and the UX/UI teams actually performing the work. Identify all the development and UX/UI inputs required to implement a specific solution landscape. Drill-down to the details with the Development, UX/UI , Business and Functional teams. Facilitate across project lines, i.e., between various project teams both technical and non-technical.
A successful SAP UX/UI Development Senior Consultant is not “only” an experienced consultant, but also an innovator, strategist, diplomat, consultant, and leader. The consultant will have broad SAP Product knowledge, an awareness of latest development and UX/UI trends as well as have visibility of much of the breadth of the SAP solution. As a leader and consultant, the role will include:
Understanding that sometimes the biggest problem will not be technical. Clear communication and presentation is a necessity at all levels on the project. Ability to influence the key players and convince the stake holders. Listening, negotiation and networking. Expect to communicate across a broad spectrum of user communities - CIO, project managers, UX/UI teams, development teams etc.
