We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Program Manager to join our Order Desk team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of complex sales requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in alignment with internal procedures and SLAs. You will act as a key point of contact for high-impact or non-standard requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, pre-sales, finance, and delivery to resolve issues and drive results.
 

Key responsibilities include managing order workflows, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, excels under pressure, and brings deep experience in navigating technical systems and global operations.

Professional Competencies

Fluent in English and other regional languages as needed. Strong technical understanding of software/hardware terminology. Skilled in managing multiple, high-priority requests simultaneously. Effective in handling complex, multicultural scenarios and stakeholder communication. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle applications. Familiar with Oracle-specific functional competencies and internal tools. Experience working with Middle East and Africa customers is a plus.
