The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all Sales Operations activities including tender and contracts management for Iberia region. You will work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timely submission of tender documents. You will coordinate and plan the contributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback to the relevant stakeholders about the current status of the tenders. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions. This position is part of the Customer Services department and will be located on-site in Barcelona. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Prepare and submit all tender responses for Spain including all related documents and sub-processes on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on time. + Provide tender management back-up cover for submission of Portuguese tenders. + Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary and maintain an accurate contract repository in SalesForce + Create and follow-up on Service and Rental contracts + Maintain accurate customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in the ERP and manage the annual price renewals. + Work closely with Order Management to analyze and solve pricing disputes and contract issues The essential requirements of the job include: + More than 5 years’ experience of managing tenders and contracts in Spain and Portugal + Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English + Excellent organizational and communication skills Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC + Order Management + Experience in the medical industry is an advantage + Degree in Law Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
