Job Title : Senior Sales Manager - Saas

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Responsibilities

8+ Years in a SaaS sales role primarily into shaping sales strategies, product sales, product demo, customer onboarding, retention etc.

Work closely with the Product team, pre-sales, Support team in building and developing the product to meet customer expectations.

Customer Acquisition – Responsible for acquiring new customers month on month independently for our SaaS solutions and services in assigned territory, working closely with pre-sales, operations and accounting teams. Report on sales pipeline development and progress against territory and account plans.

Excellent communication and Customer handling and servicing skills

Business development and revenue generation: Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for our clients in India. Expand market reach and grow the profits.

Sales and Sales Management experience with using any CRM tools.

Puts product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders following sales and pricing policy.

Ability to provide mentorship and product training to other sales team members.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle customer concerns and take appropriate action.

Knowledge of Solar software product/s and experience with understanding of industrial operations.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
