What You’ll Do                                                                                                    

Achieve Technology Cloud sales against the revenue targetMaintain understanding of the given territory in the Nordics and Oracles value propositions for these territoriesDevelop pipeline and continuously mature & qualify opportunities in order to increase Oracle’s market share in the Nordics and to enable achievement of sales targetEnsure use of planning / reporting tools in a quality & timely mannerManage a sales team of Account Managers, providing direction, leadership and motivationDevelop excellent customer relations, act as Oracle’s ambassador when meeting the client’s executives, nourish resilient relationships into the marketSet objectives and review the performance of individuals and take action to ensure targets are met & recruit/induct new team members as requiredMonitor and review individuals plans, forecasts and sales activities and ensure corrective action is taken as necessaryIdentify and exploit marketing activities and campaigns that support achievement of targetsEngage with relevant Oracle Partners as appropriate.

 

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have experience leading sales teams as a first-line manager in the IT sector, or senior key account management experience, or extensive sales experience with Oracle solutionsShe/he should have consistently delivered on business outcomesShould have demonstrated, from the past, complex solution selling engagements with clientsResults oriented – executes for the week without losing sight of the futurePossesses strong client partnering skills. Has the demonstrated experience of engaging right at C-level to deliver break-through insights to clientsLeads by example, is able to guide and lead their team during times of uncertaintyUnderstands Oracle’s cloud value proposition; competitive landscape; and the partner ecosystem. Has a flair for technology, is abreast with all the latest happenings in the Cloud market, and spends time to skill and certify themselvesInstils trust and credibility with all stakeholders – clients, leadership, colleagues, teamHelp their team to be ultra-efficient by de-bottlenecking processes and proceduresAre talent magnets, inspires their teams to execute on our visionEstablishes an environment where people are invigorated to bring their best selves to work every dayEnjoys qualitative coaching and guiding their team to perform at the peak levels of their capabilitiesBelieves in leading from the frontFluent English and one of the Nordic languages.
