We have an excellent opportunity for a **Senior Research Associate DH** to join our team in **Arica, Chile** !
The **Senior Research Associate DH** will be accountable for the execution, planning and tracking of Greenhouse and field Global Population Development (GPD) activities. At the site, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating production operations, leading teams of professionals and technical and temporary employees
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan, coordinate and manage execution of greenhouse and field production activities within GPD program. Ensure high quality results and on time delivery to our clients.
+ Ensure Greenhouse & Nursery conditions are optimal for production. Monitoring daily/weekly operation and resolving minor maintenance requirement and other eventual issues cooperatively.
+ Review and evaluate production forecast (mid/ long term) and consider appropriates resources (supplies and workforce) to achieve production demand.
+ Track workload, resources, and results, using appropriate tools (database and software), to be able to control/predict deviations along the production process. Report production information and projected workload routinely.
+ Perform and verify, on a regular basis, fulfillment of CAMS and EHS&S standards, identify potential risk on performed activities, promote safety procedures and Core Values.
+ Lead and supervise the team in charge, establishing goals and objectives aligned with the site's strategy.
+ Monitor and evaluate the individual and collective performance of the team, providing constructive feedback.
+ Identify the training and development needs of the team.
**Requirements**
+ University degree related Agriculture, Greenhouse or Science required.
+ Minimum of 5 years in Research experience
+ Strong leadership and people management skills.
+ Require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and solution oriented.
+ Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
+ Availability for 100% on site work.
