The Senior Remuneration Consultant is responsible for Remuneration and benefits Analytics and administration of Short-Term Incentive (STI).

Key Result Areas

Short Term Incentive

Work with group finance to periodically prepare and reconcile STI pools for Group RemCom approval

Support the preparation of entity level STI pool

Prepare and test requirements for STI pools distribution on Workday

Reconciling the STI spend against- pool for RemCom approval

Support the administration of compensation and advanced compensation Workday modules, including testing of new builds

Work with external auditors for remuneration related audits

Remuneration Reporting

Engage with the rem governance team and group finance to prepare remuneration analytics for the remuneration reporting and annual Financial Statements

Single figure

Share tables

Other remuneration analytics for IFS and remuneration report

Prepare fair and responsible pay outcomes for internal and external reporting

Preparing Company’s Amendment Act pay disclosure and provide insight into areas of improvements

Remuneration and Benefits Analytics

Provide analytical insight for strategic decision making and reporting purposes

Work with People data analytics to proactively identify opportunities, efficiencies and recommendations within Remuneration and Benefits through data analytics

Modelling, dashboard developments and statistical analysis for remuneration and Benefits practice

Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and data extraction from various internal and external sources

Manage ad hoc and cyclical data validation processes across remuneration and benefits

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferable technical degree e.g. Mathematics and Statistics

Data Analytics background.

Experienced specialist with at least 5 - 7 years’ work experience (3 in an analytics role)

Remuneration experience is an advantage

Advance excel with Power Query and Power Pivots
