We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven (Senior) Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent across various industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-caliber professionals Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and expert career guidance to candidates Work collaboratively within a target-driven team environment to meet business objectives and revenue goals Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio Stay updated on industry trends, talent market shifts, and international employment regulations

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting within a professional, high-standard environment Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and job boards Fluency in English and Bulgarian
