Senior Programme Manager
**About the role** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Training Marketplace Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketplace schedule and suppliers, driving growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. + Manage relationships with marketplace partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. + Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to enhance marketplace offerings. + Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations. + Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction. + Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. + Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. **About you:** + 5+ years of experience in program manager, training delivery, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketplace platforms. + Experience with project management software and methodologies **What you can expect from Pearson** Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $105,000.
