What we are loking for

15+ years of experience working as a program manager, project manager, community manager, or in a related role. Master's degree or equivalent. Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in defining and executing strategic initiative. Proven track record working with Government organization & NGOs.  Ability to work with C-Level executive. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage tasks, teams, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to successfully and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, capable of identifying and implementing solutions. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. Outstanding team and cross-group collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of the software development industry. Education in the technical area preferred or equivalent work experience
