Develop a vision for HIM product utilized by healthcare coding professionals in the acute outpatient setting. Drive roadmap and day-to-day execution of the product via articulating manual workflows that may be replaced by AI. Work with engineering leaders to gain alignment, shape development of prototypes, conduct beta product evaluations, and then launch product. Engage with providers to gain feedback and track/measure success of the product.
