Job Description

Tink was founded in 2012, and a decade later became part of Visa in 2022. Tink was created with the aim of changing the banking industry for the better. We have built Europe’s most robust open banking platform – with the broadest, deepest connectivity and powerful services that create value out of the financial data. We offer the tools that allow anyone – from big banks and fintechs to startups – to build the future of financial services across Europe.

The Customer Experience area at Tink has a clear mission: to deliver world-class product experiences for our customers and end users. We are a tightly-knit team with a mixture of skills such as product and engineering managers, full stack engineers, designers, data analysts and copywriters. By solving the right problem, crafting a scalable solution, and providing great experiences, we ensure our customers and end users see value from the Tink platform from day one.

What you will do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive Tink's account-to-account (A2A) payment experience, across an exciting array of different use cases from ecommerce to account funding, different European countries with different local contexts, different devices and payment scenarios.

Responsibilities

Develop a long-term vision for the ideal payment experience to help A2A payments become a mainstream payment method

Create and manage a product roadmap to get from today to that vision, articulating and measuring business value and domain targets along the way

Ensure that user experience is delivered in a way that customer (merchants and resellers) requirements and way of working requirements are met

Manage a cross-functional team encompassing engineering and design to deliver on the product roadmap, from vision-focused work to requests coming from customers

Collaborate closely with other Tink product teams as well as legal and compliance teams to make that vision a reality while taking platform and regulatory limitations into account

Assist delivery teams and work with customers if necessary to ensure appropriate integration of products to reach target user adoption

Be an advocate for the user experience vision to disseminate it to internal and external stakeholders alike

Mentor product experts for their growth

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior product leader who can be the domain expert and fully
understand all aspects of our products. You should be able to articulate goals and
objectives that encompass multiple products and deliver this vision through multiple teams. We expect you to manage and structure customer-facing collaborations, ensure tight collaboration and high performance within teams, and manage and mentor more product experts for growth.

Significant product management experience at a technology company, creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch while working with cross- functional teams.

A keen interest in software development, perhaps you’ve worked as a software engineer yourself.

Previous experience delivering user flows and working with user-centric design is a plus.

Exceptional product discovery, decision-making, and delivery skills.

Strong collaboration, people and team development skills.
