As a member of the Loyalty Retailing team (RET), part of the LP3 department in the Traveler unit, you will work on delivering new capabilities for airline loyalty programs—ranging from product catalogs and promotions to gamification features and personalized shopping flows. You will partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define functional requirements, ensure product quality, and maximize value delivery in an Agile SAFe environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Product Management to analyze business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and size the effort for design and validation.Functional Design: Write key design documents (Feasibility Studies, Solution Overviews, Interface Control Docs) and ensure cross-functional alignment across teams.Validation and Testing: Contribute to the test strategy and validate that delivered features meet functional requirements and maintain system integrity.Agile Delivery: Act as a Product Definition Analyst (and possibly Product Owner), helping prioritize the backlog, lead refinements, and ensure alignment with customer value.Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with product, development, customer service, and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery from concept to deployment.Product Vision & Launch: Contribute to the product vision, support product scoping, assist in RFI/RFP responses, and provide training and demos to internal and external audiences.What we’re seeking:
Experience in business analysis or functional product design within a software development environmentStrong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus)Ability to write clear, concise specifications and interface documentsComfort working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsExperience in loyalty systems, customer engagement platforms, or retailing flows is a strong advantageExcellent communication and organizational skillsA proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-value customer featuresWhat do we offer?
