Core tasks include:
 

The Senior Process Quality & Capability Specialist role is focused on optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving performance improvements across departments. They lead strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and manage teams to achieve operational goals. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating across departments to ensure operations align with the departmental/company goals and objectives. Designs, incubates, and deploys effective processes in order to raise productivity for sales and other revenue generating areas. Monitors adoption, evaluates business evolution, and identifies enhancements to keep processes simple, agile, and aligned with business priorities.  A main area of focus will be processing GROW/Business Suite entitlements within very strict and stringent timelines and parameters while continuing to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation channels.  This position will be the key person responsible for developing, owning and maintaining automation platforms for our area of the organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.  Workflow Management: Manage and optimize workflow across departments, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations. This includes working incoming operational requests to support other areas of Partner Success/Finance & Spend. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance, recommending improvements when necessary.  Coordination: Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry and company regulations and standards.  Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources efficiently Training and Onboarding: Onboard and train new employees on standard operating procedures.  Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenge Optimizing Processes:  Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  Strategic Planning:  Contributing to the development and execution of operational strategies and policies.  Data Analysis and Reporting:  Analyzing operational data to identify trends, report on performance, and make recommendations for improvement.  Problem Solving:  Addressing operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.  Collaboration:  Working with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication

 

Required Experience:

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Attention to detail is critical in this role. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges. Self-sufficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision.   Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and management.  Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.  Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams both within and outside our direct team members, especially in a project-oriented environment.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and data analysis tools Strong background design/development/maintaining build applications is required * SAP Build, Power Apps/Other SAP applications, or other process management tools   Smartsheet and/or Wrike platform development experience is a plus
