We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to build and lead a new internal initiative within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this critical role, you will drive definition and clarity around support excellence, specifically focusing on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate the handling of cusstomer support issues. The outcomes of this role are to define, measure, and hold OCI service teams accountable to the newly defined operational bar.
