In your role as Product Manager for IRCS, you will drive the vision and execution of products designed to optimize patient access and improve scheduling workflows. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, a strong customer-oriented perspective, and the ability to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality solutions that enhance the experiences of both patients and providers. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop and integrate solutions that support the overall strategy of Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI)

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Registration and Scheduling products, in line with the OHAI portfolio strategy. Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the products address market needs and improve patient access and scheduling experiences. Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
