ML Engineer - Oracle Labs 

Location: Casablanca (onsite) 

Design, develop, and maintain large language models (LLMs) to create a Generative AI application based on textual inputs, ensuring it meets the high standards required by Oracle. Perform data processing, cleansing and quality verification (Data Engineering) Ensure data curation by implementing proper labeling and classifications. Leverage NLP techniques to categorize textual inputs while considering different aspects such as NL intent complexities etc. Conduct rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying innovative techniques and methodologies to continually enhance our systems. Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Participate in the full lifecycle of the project, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience developing machine learning algorithms. Extensive knowledge of large language models and natural language processing techniques.  Good knowledge of SQL is a must. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software products within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
