The marketing team is responsible for promoting and selling Visa’s products or services throughout various marketing channels. This can include tasks such as market research, advertising, promotion, sponsorship, cross border marketing, event planning, marketing services and client support.

The Senior Manager at Visa plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing efforts. Core Responsibilities:
Manage assigned co-marketing initiatives with Partners and Clients and drive partner marketing programs not only by leveraging the organization's assets and resources but also by developing new business opportunities incl. Visa’s unique local sponsorship.Experience in working with product teams to plan and execute product marketing plans and communications strategies in both B2C and B2B sectors.Partner with the client marketing team who leads marketing service sell-in to Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants to understand clients’ objectives. Support them to develop effective marketing campaigns and execute best-in-class marketing services.Support the consumer marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all executions. Specifically, regularly share the progress of product marketing projects and develop best-in-class consumer communications when required, ensuring alignment with the partners involved.
Overall Marketing Responsibilities:
Serve as a brand & marketing steward, ensuring the brand is always presented in alignment with its vision and purpose.Influence other functional teams within the organization to support marketing programs and activities, keeping them informed and engaged.Comply with all Finance, Legal, Risk and Audit requirements for Visa and the partners including contracts, Invoice Processing and completion certificatesWork closely with advertising, media, digital, and promotion agencies to ensure the delivery and execution of projects. Develop and maintain positive agency relationships based on inspiration, respect, and shared passion.

QualificationsWhat do you need:
10 years of work experience in multinational organizations, of which at least 5 years in Partner and Product marketing.Possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and apply it to marketing and communication strategies to achieve desired results and business objectives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Full bilingual in English and Japanese with Bachelor’s degree.
