ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager - People and Organization – Hypermarkets is responsible for overseeing the Human Capital functions for the Hypermarkets in the assigned country. The role holder is also responsible for maintaining consistency of policies across all assigned supermarkets.

ROLE PROFILE

Advise and assist hypermarket management and staff for all matters relating to Human Capital processes to ensure strict complianceMaintain close links between local business units and support function management and staff with the appropriate central Human Capital function to ensure consistency of the application and implementation of corporate Human Capital programs, policies andSource required Internally through consultation with Talent Management Team, and externally in coordination with Talent Acquisition Team through recruitment databases or campaignsConduct site visits to supermarket branches to ensure staff attendance and compliance to company’s dress codeProvide a variety of Human Capital reports upon request by relevant Head OfficeEnsure the payroll team provides hypermarket staff with the correct remuneration and benefitsIdentify training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirementsEnsure constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectives

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HRProfessional HR Certification such as CIPR, SHRM, AHARI is preferred10+ plus experience in Human Resoucres fieldExcellent Leadership skillsAbility to work under pressureInterpersonal skills and Time management
